Return Policy

Custom made items such as laser engraved cutting boards and cake toppers are not eligible for cancellations, returns, exchanges or refunds. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us right away to allow us the opportunity to rectify any problems. 

Damages

Please inspect your order upon receipt; if any items are defective or damaged, please send photos immediately to hello@dirtypawcollective.com so that we can evaluate and correct the issue for you.

We will notify you once we’ve received your inquiry, and let you know the course of action. If a refund is warranted, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen orders during transit.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
